Dr. James “Jim” McKenzie is a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. He is trained in the management of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine degenerative, deformity, traumatic, and pathologic disease.
Dr. McKenzie is a graduate of Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and also did his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Jefferson. He then completed a one-year fellowship in Orthopedic Spine Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. McKenzie has staff privileges at Holy Redeemer Hospital, Temple University Hospital at Jeanes Campus, and the MUVE Center in Warminster. Dr. McKenzie is helping establish a Comprehensive Spine Center at Holy Redeemer Hospital in conjunction with the Global Neurosciences Institute, a Neurosurgical Private Practice.
Dr. McKenzie is an active participant in the following medical societies:

- North American Spine Society
- Cervical Spine Research Society
- Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society
Dr. McKenzie grew up in Drexel Hill, Delaware County and lives in Haverford with his wife, Laura, and their two children, Tommy and Margot.
